Introduction

Promoted campaign pages through Facebook and Google Ads with the goal of driving product sales and attracting customers to visit stores for product trials. Developed marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Project details

Participated in the UX optimization project for the i-Land Real Price Registration website, contributing to three phases of the plan.

  • The first phase involved competitive analysis and a customer journey map.
  • The second phase included user interviews conducted through focus group discussions, dividing participants into real estate professionals and the general public.
  • In the third phase, proposed feasible optimization solutions for the simplified version of the website.

Result

In the third phase, the final report proposed six key feasible recommendations, focusing on optimizing information layout for both mobile and desktop versions. These changes aimed to enhance the user experience across different devices.

One of the issues in the original version was that the data fields on the mobile version occupied only half of the screen. To address this, it was recommended to implement data layering by adding a detailed information layer. Users could click to expand the screen, dividing the content into two tabs: detailed information and land history, making it more convenient for mobile users to read.
