Customer service page revamping

Introduction

Redesign the customer service homepage and explicitly reduce the text and layout length on the mobile version to help users find the information they need more quickly.

Project details

This project underwent two rounds of optimization.

  • First, we completed the overall page design update.
  • Then, after observing a higher bounce rate among Taiwanese website users, we made further adjustments to the mobile layout.

Result

Reduced average time on page by 3.09% and bounce rate by 9.14% (comparison between the periods 2023/07 and 2023/08).
